Communication goes both ways, with just one simple installation of the InstaShare app, it enables simple wireless presentation and collaboration by screen mirroring photos, presentations, and Full HD videos to BenQ IFP and shared to other devices, so that everyone in the meeting can also take a closer look of the content with their own devices.

Floating Tool
EZWrite 5’s built-in Floating Tool empowers users to write on top of any app, video, website, document, or image. Whether using Windows, Mac, or Chrome, users can take notes on top of any on-screen content and save them. The floating on-screen menu lets you immediately access a range of functions, including print screen, screen capture, eraser, pen and whiteboard. It also offers a smooth writing experience when used with HDMI, VGA, and other signal sources, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Capture Screen and Easy Import
With EZWrite 5, users can capture anything on screen, including content from apps, websites, and YouTube. They can then edit and import this content in to EZWrite, which will save it to the cloud for safekeeping. Teachers can quickly access this saved content anywhere and easily make notes, drawings, and other annotations on it as they explain material to their class.

Unique Account Management System: Allows Unlimited Users to Access Personalized File on IFP
In order to facilitate the process of device and user account management for both end users and IT staff, the Account Management System (AMS) is a cloud-based software which is designed to manage multiple and unlimited user accounts and device settings of IFPs on the cloud. It enables IT staff to efficiently manage various user login, data access for different BenQ IFPs using the AMS. For end users, they only need to set up their personal preference once on AMS. Each time they log in to an IFP, it is like a personal desktop with own general settings, wallpaper, most used apps, individual files, even they can access personal cloud storage without typing the account name and password again.
Personalised Workspace Environments
To enforce privacy protection while ensuring convenience, BenQ IFPs feature Account Management System (AMS) for multi-account management via NFC technology, which allows multiple users to directly access personal system setting and folders, as well as bring up customized presentation settings on the IFP simply by tapping an ID card on its front-bezel sensor.
Instant Access to the Cloud
With BenQ AMS, users only have to log into their cloud storage accounts once at setup/account creation, and they can instantly access to major cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox and network folder after logging in without having to enter password on BenQ IFPs. The AMS also supports to open a Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
