Terms and Conditions – Toshiba A3/A4 Colour MFD Bundle Offer

1. Promoter

This bundle offer is made by Toshiba (Australia) Pty Ltd (Toshiba), ABN 19 001 320 421 of Level 2/7 Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113. Contact: marketing@toshiba-tap.com or 1300 794 202.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to Toshiba Direct South East Queensland Education customers (“Qualifying Customers”). The offer may only be accepted by an authorised representative of the Qualifying Customer (e.g., Principal, IT Manager, Procurement Officer).

Employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of Toshiba or any agency associated with this offer are not eligible to participate on behalf of a customer.

3. Offer Details

• A Qualifying Education Customer who purchases any eligible Toshiba A3 Colour multifunction device (“A3 Colour MFD”) — models e‑STUDIO2525AC and above — during the Offer Period will receive one (1) bonus Lexmark badged A4 Colour MFD (“Bonus Device”) at no additional cost.
• The Bonus Device is allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis and cannot be substituted.
• Only limited stock of the Bonus Device is available.
• A maximum of one (1) Bonus Device per qualifying transaction applies.
• Standard print charges apply to the Bonus Device:
  • Mono CPC: $0.012
  • Colour CPC: $0.12
• The Bonus Device forms part of a promotional bundle and has no standalone cash value. It is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

4. How to Claim

The bundle will be automatically applied when a qualifying A3 Colour MFD purchase is made during the Offer Period. A claim is deemed accepted once Toshiba receives and processes the qualifying purchase order.

5. Offer Period

This offer is valid until 31 March 2026, unless Bonus Device stock is exhausted earlier.

6. Delivery

The Bonus Device will be delivered to the Qualifying Customer’s nominated South East Queensland address within a reasonable time following Toshiba’s receipt of the qualifying purchase order. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability and logistics.

7. Technical Information

Technical data is subject to change without prior notice. All company and product names referenced are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Specifications for some models may change between production and release of documentation.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this offer will be handled in accordance with Toshiba’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.toshiba-business.com.au/privacy-statement. Information will be used for administration of this offer and otherwise in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

• Toshiba may cancel, suspend, or amend this offer at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Toshiba may verify eligibility and may refuse to apply the bundle where a customer does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Toshiba accepts no responsibility for delays, errors, or technical issues affecting participation in the offer.
• If the Bonus Device becomes unavailable, Toshiba may substitute a device of equal or greater value.
• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Toshiba excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this offer or the Bonus Device.
• By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
