1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 4 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 December 2025 (Promotion Period).
3. Eligible Customers
3.1 The promotion is open to new commercial business customers of Toshiba who:
Are Australian residents aged 18 years or over holding a valid registered Australian Business Number (ABN)
Enter into a lease or rental agreement for a qualifying A3 colour Toshiba Multifunction Device (MFD) from a Toshiba Australia Direct branch (with payment via Direct Debit) during the Promotion Period
Are headquartered in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Canberra, Wollongong, or the NSW South or Mid-North Coast
Are a new customer of Toshiba , with no existing Toshiba MFD or printer in its business and/or active Toshiba lease or rental agreement
3.2 The promotion excludes and is not open to participation by:
Government sector and Education sector customers
Existing customers of Toshiba (including those with any active Toshiba lease or rental agreement)
Employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion
3.3 The promotion is not available with any other offer or special pricing arrangement.
4. Cashback Offer details
4.1 Eligible customers will receive a payment of between A$500 and A$3,000, depending on on the model and lease terms of the qualifying Toshiba MFD.

4.2 The cashback amount will be communicated at the time of lease agreement.
4.3 The cashback payment will be paid into the eligible customer’s Direct Debit account by SE Rentals on behalf of Toshiba, subject to verification.
5. Qualifying MFD Products
Only Toshiba MFDs leased directly from a Toshiba Direct branch during the promotion period are eligible for the cashback offer. A list of eligible models is available upon request to Toshiba or at: Toshiba-business.com.au/terms/bonus25
6. Rebate Payment Process
To receive the cashback, eligible customers must:
enter into a lease agreement for a qualifying device during the Promotion Period;
Provide all necessary documentation and complete Direct Debit set up;
Comply with Toshiba’s verification procedures
Maintain the lease in good standing at the time of payment
The cashback will be processed and paid within 60 days of lease commencement, subject to successful verification.
7. General Conditions
7.1 This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products.
7.2 Toshiba reserves the right, in its sole discretion to (i) cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and (ii) disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe is not eligible or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 Toshiba’s decisions in relation to any aspect of this promotion (including eligibility and cashback determination) are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Toshiba’s Privacy Policy available at www.toshiba-business.com.au/privacy-statement. Information will only be used for administration of this promotion and as otherwise permitted under the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Toshiba excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in any way out of the promotion.
