Terms and Conditions – Toshiba Spring Sale Promotion 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Toshiba (Australia) Pty Limited (ABN 19 001 320 421) ("Toshiba") of 1 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.

2. Promotion Period

The Toshiba Spring Sale Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 23 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 11 December 2026 ("Promotion Period").

All eligible orders must be executed during the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility

3.1 General Eligibility

The promotion is available only to customers who purchase or lease eligible Toshiba equipment directly from a Toshiba Australia Direct branch during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Direct Sales Only

These promotions are available exclusively on transactions completed directly through Toshiba Australia and are not available through authorised resellers, dealers, distributors or third-party sales channels.

3.3 Refurbished Equipment Excluded

These promotions do not apply to refurbished, used, ex-demonstration or pre-owned devices.

EDUCATION OFFERS

4. Eligible Education Customers

The Education Offers are available to Australian schools, colleges and educational institutions that:

• Hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN);
• Purchase or lease a qualifying Toshiba Multifunction Device ("MFD") directly from Toshiba during the Promotion Period; and
• Are approved by Toshiba as an education sector customer.

5. Education Service Credit Promotion

5.1 Offer

Eligible education customers may receive a service credit (exclusive of GST) based on the qualifying Toshiba MFD purchased or leased.

5.2 Credit Use

The service credit:

• Must be used toward Toshiba professional services, implementation services, training services or other services approved by Toshiba;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash;
• Is non-transferable;
• Must be applied within the period specified by Toshiba at the time of purchase.

5.3 No Cash Alternative

Any unused portion of the service credit is forfeited and will not be refunded or exchanged.

6. Education Bundled Apps Promotion

6.1 Offer

Eligible education customers may subscribe to any three (3) participating Kōdo Apps for $20 per month.

Participating applications may include Microsoft Teams integration, Microsoft 365 integration and other Kōdo applications nominated by Toshiba from time to time.

6.2 Minimum Term

The Bundled Apps Promotion is subject to:

• a minimum term of twelve (12) months;
• execution of any applicable software subscription agreement; and
• continued compliance with Toshiba's licensing requirements.

6.3 Availability

Toshiba reserves the right to add, remove or substitute eligible applications during the Promotion Period.

NEW CUSTOMER OFFERS

7. Eligible New Business Customers

The New Customer Offers are available only to businesses that:

• Hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN);
• Enter into a qualifying purchase, rental or lease agreement directly with Toshiba during the Promotion Period; and
• Are approved by Toshiba as a new customer.

7.1 Meaning of "New Business"

For the purposes of this promotion, a New Business means a new business customer operating under a new ABN or legal business entity.

For clarity, the following are not considered New Businesses:

• Existing Toshiba customers acquiring additional devices;
• Expansion, additional site, growth or fleet increase transactions;
• Customers replacing existing Toshiba equipment under an existing relationship; or
• Existing entities operating under the same ABN.

Toshiba's determination of whether a customer qualifies as a New Business is final.

8. New Customer Cashback Offer

8.1 Offer

Eligible New Business customers may receive a cashback payment of up to $1,500 on qualifying Toshiba devices, as notified by Toshiba at the time of quotation or contract execution.

8.2 Payment

Any cashback entitlement:

• will be paid after installation and verification;
• is subject to the relevant lease, rental or finance agreement remaining in good standing; and
• may be paid by Toshiba or its nominated finance partner.

8.3 Verification

Toshiba reserves the right to require documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

9. New Customer Upgrade Offer

9.1 Offer

Eligible New Business customers may be offered an upgrade to the next eligible Toshiba model at no additional equipment charge for the base device.

The promotion applies only to:

• e‑STUDIO3025AC;
• e‑STUDIO3525AC; and
• e‑STUDIO4525AC

or their nominated successor models.

9.2 Exclusions

This promotion applies only to the principal MFD unit.

All optional accessories, finishing equipment, software, installation services and other additional items will be charged separately.

10. 6 Year Lease Rate Promotion

10.1 Offer

Eligible customers may receive a promotional lease rate when entering into a qualifying finance arrangement for a term of seventy-two (72) months.

10.2 Finance Approval

All finance applications remain subject to:

• credit approval;
• lender acceptance criteria; and
• the terms imposed by the applicable finance provider.

10.3 Rate Changes

Promotional lease rates may vary during the Promotion Period due to market conditions or changes imposed by the finance provider.

The applicable rate will be confirmed at the time of quotation or contract.

11. Bundled Apps Promotion

11.1 Offer

Eligible customers may subscribe to any three (3) participating Kōdo Apps for $20 per month.

11.2 Minimum Term

The promotion requires a minimum twelve (12) month subscription term.

11.3 Application Availability

The applications available under this promotion may change from time to time at Toshiba's discretion.

PROMOTION COMBINATIONS

12. Combining Offers

12.1 Permitted Combinations

The following promotions may be combined with another eligible promotion in the same transaction:

• 6 Year Lease Rate Promotion; and
• Bundled Apps Promotion.

12.2 Other Promotions

Except as expressly stated above, promotions cannot be combined.

Only one (1) other promotional offer, special pricing arrangement, rebate, upgrade incentive, cashback promotion or discount may apply to a transaction at any one time.

Toshiba reserves the right to determine whether promotions may be combined.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

13. General

13.1 These offers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.

13.2 Toshiba reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any claim which it reasonably believes is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13.3 Toshiba may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time to the extent reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

13.4 Toshiba's decision regarding eligibility, offer entitlement, claim validity and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Toshiba's Privacy Policy available at:

Information will be used for administering the promotion and for related purposes permitted under Toshiba's Privacy Policy.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toshiba excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from participation in this promotion.
