1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Toshiba (Australia) Pty Ltd (Toshiba), ABN 19 001 320 421 of Level 2/7 Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113, eidmarketing@toshiba-tap.com, 1300 794 202.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Queensland-based schools, colleges and registered education institutions only (Qualifying Institutions).
- Only one (1) entry per Qualifying Institution is permitted.
- Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the qualifying institution (e.g., Principal, IT manager, procurement officer).
- Employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of Toshiba or of any agency associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- The authorised representative of the Qualifying Institution must submit a request for a quotation for any Toshiba print device during the Promotion Period.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- An entry is deemed received upon receipt of the quote request by Toshiba.
4. Promotion Period
- The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 2/09/2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 20 November 2025 (Promotion Period).
- Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
5. Prize Details
- There is one (1) prize consisting of a Toshiba e-STUDIO 339CS multifunction device valued at A$1,587 (RRP).
- The total prize pool value is A$1,587.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Draw Details
- The winner will be determined by random draw conducted at Toshiba’s office on 21 November 2025.
- The draw will be conducted using either a randomised electronic system or manual draw observed by at least one independent witness.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
- The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone within 5 business days of the draw.
- The prize will be delivered to the winning school’s nominated Queensland address within 30 days of notification.
8. Unclaimed Prize
- If the prize is unclaimed by 5:00pm AEST on 21 February 2026, a redraw will be conducted on 24 February 2026 using the same method as the original draw.
9. Privacy
- Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Toshiba’s https://www.toshiba-business.com.au/privacy-statementPrivacy Policy.
- Information will be used for administration of this promotion and as otherwise permitted under the Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to their details being used for promotional and marketing purposes unless they opt out.
10. General Conditions
- Toshiba reserves the right in its sole discretion to (i) cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and (ii) verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who interferes with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Toshiba accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues or delays that may affect entry submission or the promotion.
- If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Toshiba’s decisions in relation to any aspect of this promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Toshiba excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in any way out of or in connection with this promotion or the prize.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is a promotional trade lottery conducted in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD).
